At Woodpeckers Crafts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium wood supplies. If your order doesn't meet your crafting needs, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused wooden components in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

  Ship Your Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned wood crafts, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
